Jeannine M. Dakin

Jeannine M. Dakin passed away peacefully Sunday morning October 9, 2016 at the age of 86. She was born July 19, 1930 in Yamaska, Quebec to the late Rene’ and Florina Parenteau.

Loving and devoted wife to Joseph Dakin, they were married for 61 years and lived in Akron, New York. She worked as a nurse’s aide at Brothers of Mercy for 20 years. She enjoyed knitting and especially loved craft shows.

She is survived by her husband Joseph; 3 children Randy, Bruce, and David; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be private.
