We so enjoyed sharing meals, wine, and talks about Bill's wonderful and beloved books when we ran into each other at the Akron House, Ivy Ridge, and the Ale House. Bill was a delightful companion every time we saw him. The last time we were together I walked him to his truck after dinner at Ivy Ridge and told him to "stay well and healthy." What a kind, gracious gentleman he is and it was our honor to know him over the last few years of his life. We shall miss him very much!!!
