Wenda M. Sauter entered into rest on January 3, 2024. She was born on October 5th, 1948, in Buffalo, New York. Wenda was a woman of generous heart and talented hands, known for her passion for art and her love for creating cards of all types. As a self-employed artist, Wenda painted the canvas of her life with a spectrum of colors, leaving an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Her creations were not just limited to paper and paint, but also extended to the warmth and care she spread amongst her loved ones and to everyone she met.
Wenda's life was a beautiful portrait of resilience, independence, and creativity, as she never married and dedicated herself to her art, love of cooking and her family and friends. Wenda is survived by her brothers Allen, Paul, and Patrick Sauter, her sister Nancy Carnes, brother-in-law Donald Carnes, and sister-in-law Laurie Sauter and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Eileen Sauter, and her brother Neile Sauter.
