Sandra J. David

Sandra J. David, of Batavia, NY passed away peacefully at the age of 74 on May 1, 2024. She was born on September 24, 1949 in Warsaw, NY to the late John And Mary Alice (Hungerford) Root.

Sandra spent the majority of her professional life dedicated to serving the community as a devoted cashier at Pixley's Shurefine in Akron, NY. After retirement, she enjoyed the simpler pleasures of life, often found watching her favorite television programs. Sandra was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.

In addition to her husband James; Sandra is survived by her daughter, Erin Coyle; granddaughter, Lily Schwindler; sister, Darlene (Bill) Fernandez; brothers-in-law, Allan (Sandy) David and Dan David; sister-in-law, Nancy David; and a host of nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, situated at 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, New York, 14001. The funeral service will follow immediately at 2:00 PM at the same location.
