Maureen Clementi Obituary

Maureen A. Clementi, a beacon of love, laughter, and resilience, completed her earthly journey on the 13th of March 2025. Born in Akron, NY, Maureen left an indelible mark on every life she touched. Helen Keller once said, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." This sentiment was embodied in Maureen's every interaction, her warmth and affection leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of her loved ones.

She spent 25 of her professional years as a customer service representative and buyer in the travel industry for AAA of WNY, a role that allowed her to form lifelong friendships. Her kind and generous spirit was not confined to her career; it permeated every aspect of her life. Maureen was a steadfast rock, a source of strength, and a wellspring of joy for her family and friends. Her radiant smile and infectious laughter created an aura of positivity and love that will be sorely missed.

Maureen was a talented artist who loved knitting, always saying her creations were made with love. She had a passion for decorating and entertaining, and she especially cherished cooking and hosting family gatherings during the holidays.

Maureen was the most wonderful and selfless wife and best friend to Jerry Clementi for 26 years. She is also survived by her three daughters, Kelly, Rae-Ann, and Lea -Ann, who were the joy of her life and her greatest accomplishment. They will continue to honor their mother's legacy by living their lives with the same love, passion, and resilience that she demonstrated. She will be deeply missed by her grandson’s Ryan and Jason and her grand-dog Dodge. Maureen will also be missed by her stepchildren, Jerry, Donny, and Lisa (David) Cosentino and their children, Vincent, Samantha, Alexa, Alayna, Dominic, Sarah and David. Maureen and Jerry had a special friendship with her former husband and father of her 3 daughters, the late Joe Stack. She had so much love for her cousins, nieces, nephews and anyone that was blessed enough to have known her. Maureen was preceded in death by her loving parents, Enso and Palma Casseri. Her family was her heart and soul.
