Marlowe E. Young

Marlowe E. Young (Lounsbury), of Akron passed away on December 23, 2020. She was born in Holland, New York, on February 24, 1935 to the late Clarence and Emma (Marlowe) Lounsbury.

Marlowe was a 1953 graduate of Holland High School. She married James Young Sr. and they had three children together. Marlowe and James were married for over 50 years at the time of his death in 2008. She enjoyed working around the house, gardening, and especially loved painting peddle cars.

Beloved mother of James (Jane) Young Jr., Jeff Young, and Brenda Young; cherished grandmother of Donna Young, and William Young. Marlowe is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
