Marilyn Hollenbeck Obituary

Marilyn May Hollenbeck, born on May 4, 1939, in Royalton, NY, was a loving and generous soul whose life was an embodiment of selfless dedication and compassionate service. Marilyn's journey on earth ended on April 26, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and life lessons that continue to touch the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.

As a devoted homemaker, Marilyn transformed the ordinary into extraordinary, filling her abode with her signature love and generosity. She was a master of puzzles, knitting, and Sudoku, her hobbies reflecting a mind that enjoyed challenges and complexities. Her dedicated service at St. Michaels Church and preschool for over 20 years was a testament to her nurturing spirit, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of all she encountered. Marilyn was a woman of remarkable strength, having navigated the loss of her parents, Henry Wagner and Mildred Brucker and her siblings, her husband Trevor Glen Hollenbeck Sr. and her son Laverne Hollenbeck and grand daughter. Kimberli Socha. Her love for family and friends was at the heart of everything she did. Marilyn's life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and dedication.

Marilyn is survived by her children April (Late Gary) Hammond, Trevor (Jackie) Hollenbeck Jr., Mary (John) Socha and Roger (Lisa) Hollenbeck, along with five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
