His early life revolved around horses and horse racing. Ultimately, he turned his passion into a career working as a groom. He enjoyed his independence and loved gaming on his Xbox and PlayStation.

Jeffery is the loving son of Robert (Cynthia) Picinich; beloved brother of Bobbi Jo (John) Martin and John Picinich; fond uncle of several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
