Isabelle Robnett Obituary

Isabelle Robnett, passed away on July 18, 2022 in California while staying with her daughter. She was born in Buffalo, NY on March 3, 1924 to the late Frank and Annuciata (Savarato) Sarago.

She married William Robnett and together they built their lives around raising their six children. Isabelle lived a very busy and active life right until her last days. She worked as a cook for the Red Mill Inn in Clarence for 35 years and enjoyed reading, horseback riding, and gardening. She especially loved to travel. The Buffalo Bills were her all time favorite and she never missed a game!

Loving mother of Cordelia (Glenn) Richards, Veronica (William) Eckerson, Ramona (Mark) Griffin, William (Robbyn) Robnett; proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and 7 siblings, Isabelle is predeceased by two daughters, Nancy Ciurzynski and Rachel Robnett.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 @ 10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila R.C. Church, 5771 Buell Street, Akron, NY 14001. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Isabelle’s name to Disabled American Transportation Services, Batavia VA Medical Center, Attention: Mr. Doug Titas, 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020.
