Gordon E. Allen

Gordon Allen, passed away on October 30, 2024. He was born in Buffalo, NY on September 12, 1936 to the late Lawrence and Pearl (Troppman) Allen.

Gordon was a 1954 graduate of Pine Hill High School and worked for Niagara Mohawk for over forty years. Gordon had a deep affection for Morgan horses, which he raised and showed with great enthusiasm. He was also a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and his love for the open road was infectious.

Gordon is survived by his children, Carol (Stephen) Jemison, Mike (Cindy) Allen, and Scott (Jackie) Allen; his grandchildren, Amy (C.J.) Kumpf, Larry Allen, Chris (David) Villasmil, and his great-grandchildren, Kiley, McKenzie, Braydon, Bristol, and Weston.

A Private Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC. We invite all who knew and loved Gordon to share their memories and upload photos to his memorial page.
