Obituary

Geraldine Horsefall, passed peacefully on July 12, 2022. She was born in Buffalo, NY on October 23, 1954 to the late Stannard and Phyllis (Hill) Hulburd.

Geraldine was a 1972 graduate Lafayette High School in Buffalo. After graduation she continued her education at Bryant & Stratton College. She was a proud member of the Cree Nation, Pasqua Reserve, and Tuscarora/Six Nations. Geraldine enjoyed gambling and bingo whenever she could but would never pass on an opportunity of being pampered.

Loving mother of Eric Parker, Shashona (Terrell Jones) Hulburd, Darylyn (Goomie) Horsefall, Carl Brant, Jeremy Reuben; beloved sister of Phyllis Poodry, Brenda (Craig) Skenandore, Albert (Unks) Abrams, Woodrow Abrams, and Dennis Abrams. Geraldine is also survived by six grandchildren: Brooklyn, Elee, Rosie, Thunder, Leighton, and Tucker as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a daughter, Amanda (Rose) and a sister, Kathleen Hulburd.

Friends and relatives may call on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 4 - 8 PM at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, NY 14001 where a funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, at 1pm.
