Beloved husband of Peggy (nee Vanice); dear Father of Melanie Karl, Jake (Danelle) Backe, Laura (Adam) Zebrowski, and the late Herbie Pechuman, and Sarah Backe; Adored grandpa of 8, and 2 great-grandchildren; brother of Kathie (Don) Minnich, and the late Ginny Scaglione and George Backe; also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. David was known for his love of woodworking and restoring Mustangs and Harleys.
