Darren Jimerson began his journey to the Creator on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. He was born in Batavia, NY, on November 30th, 1964.

He was Sachem Chief of the Bear Clan; Graduated from Akron Central Schools in 1983. He was an avid wrestler, and enjoyed fishing, bowling, and auto-mechanics.  A proud former member of the Buffalo Painters Union Local 43.

He is survived by his mother Cheryl J. Sundown. Beloved Father of Jamie (Ryan) Ferraro; Grandfather of Cassiel Moen; Brother to Kelly (Derlan) Spruce, Kerry (Wesley) Hartranft, Ryan (Jessica) Sundown, Dana (Becky) Jimerson, Daryll Jimerson, Charlie Jimerson, Travis Jimerson, Adair Jimerson, and Nadine Jimerson; and affectionately referred to as ‘Uncle Buck’ by many nieces, nephews, and greats.

He is predeceased by Longhouse brother, Delehanty George; his father, Ronald Jimerson; his sister, Theresa Jimerson; and grandson, Adrien Moen.

Friends and relatives may gather at the Family residence at 7128 Meadville Rd., Basom, NY 14013 until 1:00 PM Friday where a Funeral Service will be held. A Long House Service will take place at 2:00 PM. To share memories and condolences with Darren's family please visit rossakron.com.
