Ciera Marie Schwartz

Ciera Marie Schwartz, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 6, 2021. She was born in Bethesda, Maryland on July 25, 1995 to David Schwartz and Lisa (nee Hohensee) (James Roehling Jr.) Schwartz.

Ciera was a 2013 graduate of Akron Central High School and went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Event Planning. She worked as an event planner and helped run The Olde Farmhouse and Country Store on Tesnow Rd, making sure everything always ran smoothly and perfectly. She was a gifted artist and enjoyed crafting, wood working, quilting, and vinyl making.  

Besides her parents, Ciera is survived by her loving brother, Benjamin David Schwartz; her beloved grandparents, Angela Schwartz, Gordon and Mary Hohensee. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Friends and relatives may call on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, NY 14001 where a Funeral Service will be held at 6 pm. Please gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM for a brief service followed by a burial at Evergreen Lawn Cemetery.
