Barbara Warren

Barbara A. Warren passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 26, 2019. She was born in New York City, NY on June 15, 1941 to the late Kenneth and Elizabeth (Toal) Hammond.

Barbara attended Pembroke Schools and married William Warren in 1959. She worked several jobs; those included a bus aide for Akron Central Schools, a stock person at Pixley’s, and her last and most favorite job was at Denny’s in Corfu. Barb enjoyed reading, fishing, and counted cross stitch in her spare time. She especially loved travelling to Florida.

Survivors include her loving husband, William A. Warren; beloved children, Debbie Sword, Donna Conibear, Doreen (Tracey) Randus, and Greg (Sara) Warren. Barbara is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; brothers James (Sharon) Hammond, Keith Hammond, Kevin (Connie) Hammond, Billy Hammond and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a sister Maureen (late Danny) Smith.

Friends and relatives may call from 5 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Pembroke Fire Hall, 630 Main Road, Corfu, NY. Burial Services will be private. Charitable donations may be made in Barbara’s memory to Hospice Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Buffalo, NY 14221.
