Terence Standsblack, of Basom, NY on April 13, 2018. He was born in Ada, Oklahoma on August 5, 1990 to Clarence and the late Winifred (Ground) Standsblack.
Terence was a 2009 graduate of Akron Central High School. He then went on to become a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned a Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Star along with several ribbons and badges. Terence was a member of the Snipe Clan and loved wrestling and playing Lacrosse. He deeply enjoyed being with his friends and the camaraderie of his fellow Marines.
Besides his father and stepmother, Judy Standsblack, Terence is survived by four brothers: Gayno Standsblack, Saul Standsblack, Gaylen Standsblack, and Daniel Standsblack; three sisters: Dawn Terry, Kelley Standsblack, and Kaycee Standsblack; Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive him.
Friends may call on Monday, April 16 and on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 until the time of Service at 1:00 p.m. at 349 Council House Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation.
