Dear Nancy and family,
It is with a very heavy heart to write to you all at this time ! We will forever remember Don with great times and special memories of him and his family ! We are so glad that we got to say goodbye to him before Christmas at church before we left , where we shared many great conversations with him . He had such a great personality and he really did make you smile each time we saw him . You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time and always ! He will be missed dearly by all who had the pleasure to know him and his family, our hearts ache along with you all ! May our Lord take him swiftly home and ease the pain you are all feeling now < because you know he will be with you all in what ever you do ! Love and prayers , Phil & Nancy Wittman

It is with great sorrow we say goodbye to such a warm and charming man. Don brightened everyone's day with his story telling gift. He will be greatly missed at the park on the dog walks. God bless you Don and your family in their grief.

I met Don and Gracie in Akron Park. We enjoyed many walks and talks with Don, Laura, Cindy, Allyssa and the dogs. He was a kind and gentle man. He will be missed. With sympathy and prayers,
Ann Van Dusen and Abby(the dog)
