I will always remember Mr. Bogey as an exceptional teacher at CCHS. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and always interesting in his history classes. Condolences to his family.

Please know that Dave was respected and cherished by many staff members, including me. Many of his life’s milestones were discussed iin the ‘teacher’s lounge, during free periods. He loved his family above all else.

To the Bogey family.....I am sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved husband, Dad and grandfather. Our family got to know David & Nancy through Lynette, his daughter, in Virginia Beach, VA. Sweet family.....knowing He is with the Lord will bring you comfort as time passes by, and as the trauma turns into memories. Its 5 years today since the Turnock family lost their Dad, father and grandfather. God's grace has sustained us. Your family is in our prayers. Our prayers are with you all during the loss of your David. He was a very special man and will be greatly missed by all. I can still remember him teaching at Clarence High, where he was the best psychology teacher ever! Then years later, I got to be friends with his wife and family.
